HOW IT WORKS
1. FINDING YOUR PERFECT ADVENTURE
We operate in 7 different destinations to bring you an unforgettable retreat. Choose your desired destination, select the dates available and the type of room you’d like to stay with us. We offer different types of accommodation:
Double rooms; Double rooms offer the best choice to stay with a partner or best friend. Most retreats have separated beds. If the room description says SHARING you’re booking a double room with separated beds, however if the room description says SHARING W/ FRIEND the beds for this option are often King or Queen sized beds and can only be booked if you’re joining us as two (friend or partner). As all prices are per person, you have the option to book a room and share with another retreater, or go all in and book your own suite.
Single rooms; The entire room all to yourself. Perfect if you value a little extra privacy.

Know exactly where you want to go? Simply select the desired date on your dream adventure and pay to secure your spot with either a deposit or in full.
Deposit payment; Our retreats are intimate and private, with no more than 16 guests per group so our spots get booked up quickly. A deposit payment, or booking fee, will ensure no one else will take your spot without having to pay all upfront. Once you’ve paid for your deposit, we will reach out and set up the rest of the payment at a time that suits you.
Single (Full) payment; Pretty straight forward. There is no way you’re missing out on a Helios adventure.
Once you’ve paid for your retreat, please don’t book your flights until you hear from us, we just need to confirm your place with our local team.
2. YOUR RETREAT IS CONFIRMED
We’ve been in contact to let you know your trip is confirmed. Now it’s our job to make your adventure as stress-free as possible.
If any problems arise, just ring or email us and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible for you.
3. THE RUN UP: KEY MILESTONES
2 MONTHS TO GO: The exciting part – you’ll now receive your first email with details to your retreat.
1 MONTH TO GO: The build up and excitement begins. We give you all the details you will need for the best time. Exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you’re booked on. We’ll invite you to join a Whatsapp group, where you can chat to your fellow Helios guests. Introduce yourself and get to know each other a little, as you prepare for the week of your life.
4. YOU'RE OFF ON YOUR ADVENTURE
It’s time! Be sure to take a read through all the emails we send before your retreat. Any last-minute questions? Chat them through with your Helios Ambassadors, who will be happy to help.
