Step 1 - CHOOSE YOUR PERFECT ADVENTURE
Your retreat begins with selecting the style of experience that best matches how you want to travel.
We offer different types of packages for your trip:
Full Immersion (All Inclusive)
Everything is taken care of.
This option includes accommodation, all meals, all workshops and wellness sessions, curated excursions, and private transfers. Arrive and simply let us do the rest.
The Curated Collection (Handpicked Essentials with Optional Extras)
Balance and flexibility.
Accommodation, all core retreat sessions and some meals are included. You can add fine dining outings, spa treatments or excursions as you wish.
The Essential Pass (Freedom to Choose)
Independent and flexible.
Includes your accommodation and access to all group sessions. Most meals in the villas are also included. Excursions, transfers and add-ons can be booked separately so you can shape the retreat your way.
Step 2 – Select Your Room Style
Whether you prefer complete privacy or to share the journey, we have three options:
- Your own private sanctuary, just for you.
- Two guests share a room. Perfect for couples or friends.
- Sleeps three in a spacious setting. Ideal for small groups or solo travellers who enjoy community.
(All rooms are designed with the same high standards of comfort and style – the difference is simply in how many people you share with.)

Booking your experience is seamless. You can pay in full directly through our website using all major cards – fast, secure, and instant.

Payment Plans Available
We offer interest-free payment plans to help you spread the cost of your retreat.
- Secure your place with a deposit
- Split the remaining balance over up to three payments
- No interest, or credit checks.

STEP 4 - THE RUN UP: KEY MILESTONES
1 MONTH TO GO: The exciting part – you’ll now receive your first email with details to your retreat.
2 WEEKS TO GO: The build up and excitement begins. We give you all the details you will need for the best time. Exclusive travel information and tips, which only becomes available once you’re booked on.
1 WEEK TO GO: We’ll invite you to join a Whatsapp group, where you can chat to your fellow Helios guests. Introduce yourself and get to know each other a little, as you prepare for the week of your life.
STEP 5 - YOU'RE OFF ON YOUR RETREAT
