Yes. Retreat sessions are designed to work for beginners through to experienced movers. Coaches provide options so you participate at a pace that feels good for your body.
Activity levels vary each day. You’ll have coached sessions, optional hikes, beach experiences and recovery options. You choose what fits your energy that day.
Breakfast and dinner are included, with local Greek cuisine featuring fresh, vibrant options. One night out in town is included in the full immersion package and added as an extra activity to the other packages. with a refined night out for our last night together.
All Ibiza experiences include the same core retreat, with different levels of inclusions — from fully all-inclusive to more flexible, customisable options.
Complimentary scheduled airport transfers are included with our all-inclusive packages. For all other guests, we can arrange a private transfer in advance for a seamless arrival experience.
Taxis are also readily available outside the airport, with the villa located approximately 20 minutes away.

For example, if there's another week after your retreat and you'd like to repeat, we'll be happy to accommodate you if spaces are available. Mykonos weather from May to October are typically mild and pleasant — perfect for outdoor sessions, hikes and beach time. But if conditions change, your retreat includes indoor sessions and alternative plans.
Most guests are typically between their late 20s and early 40s, although ages vary across every retreat. What tends to connect people most is a shared mindset — an interest in fitness, travel, and meeting like-minded people.
Before you go, you’ll join a welcome group chat to meet fellow participants. Many guests find this eases anxiety and makes connection easy when you arrive.

All breakfasts and dinners are freshly prepared by a private chef on site and it's included in the package. Water and snacks are also included.
Temperatures begin to rise on this popular Greek island as the brief spring season heads towards summer. The Mykonos weather from April is packed with Mediterranean sunshine and it’s usually warm enough to relax along the golden sandy beaches.
With an average temperature of 22°C, and even higher on some days, it’s easy to see why visitors enjoy Mykonos. Even at night, it should only be around 18°C. Having ten hours of sunshine each day will really help you enjoy your holiday and the sun doesn’t disappear until around 8pm.
