Experience a week of movement, recovery, and connection led by the expert Helios coaching team. Each day combines energising Pilates and HYROX-inspired training sessions designed to build strength, confidence, and resilience — balanced with restorative moments including guided hikes, mobility work, ice baths, and optional massage treatments.

Mornings begin with movement; the rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Hike Ibiza’s rugged coastline towards Es Vedrà, spend the day on the water exploring hidden coves by private boat, or slow things down poolside beneath the Mediterranean sun.

Throughout the week, enjoy fresh Balearic-inspired dining, long sunset dinners, and relaxed evenings with the group overlooking the sea.

Itinerary

Day 1

Olá, Ibiza!

Arrive in Ibiza after 2 PM, where your Helios experience begins with a seamless transfer to Villa Sa Claro — a modern private villa nestled in the hills between San José and San Agustín, with panoramic sea and sunset views across Ibiza's west coast.

Once you've checked in, take time to settle into the space, unwind by the pool, explore the terraces, or connect with the group overlooking the Mediterranean.

In the late afternoon, we'll ease into the week with a light movement session designed to shake off the travel day and reset your energy.

As the sun begins to set, join the group for welcome drinks and dinner with uninterrupted sea views — the perfect introduction to six days of training, recovery, adventure, and connection in Ibiza.

Day 2

FIND YOUR FLOW

Start your day with an energising workout, followed by a grounding Pilates or mobility session designed to help you reset and recover.

Prefer a slower pace? Spend the afternoon unwinding by the pool, relaxing in the sauna or hot tub, or soaking up the panoramic sea views from the villa terraces.

Whether you’re training, exploring, or switching off completely, every part of the experience is designed to leave you feeling energised, recharged, and fully present.

Day 3

BOAT DAY TO FORMENTERA

We’ll start the day with an early morning workout, followed by a nourishing breakfast before one of the highlights of the week — boat day.

Step aboard our private motor yachts and cruise Ibiza’s stunning south coast towards the crystal-clear waters of Formentera. Expect swim stops, hidden coves, snorkelling spots, and long afternoons soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

For guests wanting to explore the island further, we can organise an optional group lunch in Formentera at one of our favourite beachfront spots.

Back at the villa, we’ll come together for a special dinner overlooking the sea — salty-haired, sun-soaked, and ready for deep rest after a day on the water.

Day 4

SWEAT SESSIONS & ES VEDRA HIKES

We’ll start the morning with a team workout before sitting down to a long, relaxed breakfast together.

Afterwards, we’ll head out on a guided hike towards the iconic Es Vedrà, taking in Ibiza’s rugged coastline, sea views, and hidden trails along the way.

Back at the villa, the afternoon is all about recovery and switching off — think guided restorative sessions, ice baths, poolside music, sunshine, and time to fully unwind with the group.

As the evening rolls in, we’ll come together for dinner and sunset drinks overlooking the sea, soaking up the final days of the experience in true Ibiza style.

Day 5

OLD TOWN VIBES

It's our final full day, and we're making the most of it. We'll start with a morning workout and a recovery session to keep the body feeling good.

The rest of the day is yours—lounge by the pool, take a quiet moment to unwind, or head out to explore more of Ibiza's magic.

As evening falls, we'll dress up for a special farewell dinner in town, celebrating a week of movement, adventure, and new friendships. Great food, great company, and one last Balearic sunset—it doesn't get better than this.

Day 6

UNTIL NEXT TIME...

We’ll close out the week with one final workout, a relaxed breakfast, and a few more laughs with the crew before checkout at 10 AM.

What began as a week with strangers ends with new friendships and memories you’ll carry long after you leave. Whether you’re staying on in Ibiza or heading home, this isn’t goodbye—it’s see you on the next adventure.

Which airport do I need to fly in and out of? Plus airport code

Fly into and out of Ibiza International Airport (IBZ) in Ibiza.

What time should my flight arrive (in time for the welcome meeting)?

The retreat officially begins at 4 pm when we introduce the team and start our first activity in a group.

What time should my flight depart on the last day?

On your final day, you'll have an early session and breakfast before saying goodbye (more like a see-you-later!) to your fellow travellers and the Helios team.

The transfer departs from the villa at 11 am. If you plan to stay a little longer, or your flight is booked for later in the day, you're welcome to stay in the villa and enjoy the pool until it's time to leave. We will help organise a taxi if needed.

The journey to the airport takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic, and you should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight's departure.

Are airport transfers included?

Complimentary scheduled airport transfers are included with our all-inclusive packages. For all other guests, we can arrange a private transfer in advance for a seamless arrival experience.

Taxis are also readily available outside the airport, with the villa located approximately 20 minutes away.

What fitness levels do I need for this trip?

We recommend reviewing the itinerary above and getting in touch if you have any specific questions about fitness.

This is a fairly active trip with hilly terrain and a hybrid training approach, but fully scalable to everyone's skill level.

Our coaches will asses the fitness levels of each guests on the first day and adapt the training accordingly.

Will the itinerary or trainers advertised on the trip change?

These changes can occur with little notice due to factors beyond our control, such as coach availability, poor weather, seasonal changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we’ll always do our best to minimise their impact on your experience. From time to time, we may also make adjustments to your itinerary to explore new ideas and keep things fresh and exciting.
