Day 1

HELLO MALÉ

Your journey begins in Male, Maldives, a double chain of 26 atolls scattered across the Indian Ocean.

Upon arrival at the airport, a private speedboat transfer will take you to your retreat. Let us know your arrival time to arrange this.

Meet your fellow travellers and the Helios Team for the week, then explore the island and dine at one of six restaurants. Everything is carefully planned for an unforgettable experience.

Day 2

RISE & SHINE

Time to detox your mind with yoga on the beach and break a sweat during a HIIT class with a dip in the Indian Ocean later to refresh your senses. This is the most epic workout spot you'll ever train.

If only Carlsberg did workouts! After a fast-paced morning, it's time for a banquet and relax under the palm trees, this is LIVING!

DAY 3

OFF THE BEATEN PATH

Begin today with a sweaty workout followed by a deep stretch in your morning Vinyasa. Then, it's time to for a match on the volleyball court and see which of your new friends can match your serves.

Take in and appreciate every moment in paradise, connecting, being active and exploring the beauty of this place your day with a sweaty workout, followed by a deep stretch in your morning Vinyasa practice.

Day 4

BEACH HOPPING TO TURQUOISE LAGOONS

Pack your snorkelling gear – today, you’re off on a beach-hopping race on kayaks across different islands. Hop on kayaks and explore the 'treasure island' and be completely amazed by the teeming wildlife and corals.

Relax and celebrate with your new friends over a lively Japanese night for dinner.

DAY 5

SEA LIFE & CINEMA NIGHTS

Wake up to the sounds of the sea at your secluded over-water bungalow and the Indian Ocean unfolding before you.

Take the day to explore, play tennis or surf on paddle-boards. Wherever you choose to soak up the sun.

DAY 6

UNTIL NEXT TIME, MALDIVES

Relax beneath swaying palms and savour a lazy morning with breakfast served, before heading back to the airport. Want to know a hack for extra time in the Maldives? Book late flights on your return, and you will essentially get a 'free day' in Paradise.

Simply let us know your flight times and we will organise your boat transfer to the airport.

Fly into and out of Malé International Airport (MLE) in Malé.

What time should my flight arrive (in time for the welcome meeting)?

At 5 pm, you will meet your Helios Team and the other guests before our welcome dinner. We recommend arriving no later than 3 pm.

What time should my flight depart on the last day?

On your final day, there are no planned activities after 11 am. Since your package offers complimentary return transfers to the port at any tie, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the last day on the Maldives by booking the later flights from Malé. Allow enough time for the boat transfer to the airport. You need to be at the airport at least two hours before your flight departs.
