Itinerary

Day 1

KALIMERA, MYKONOS

Welcome to Mykonos. Arrive before 2 PM, where our private transfer will meet you at the airport and bring you to your luxury villa overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Once you’ve settled in, the afternoon is yours to ease into island life — unwind with a welcome massage, relax by the pool, or take a walk down to Alemagou to soak up your first taste of Mykonos.

As the sun begins to set, you’ll finally meet the rest of the group over welcome drinks and an authentic Greek dinner prepared by our private chef.

Day one is all about slowing down, settling in, and easing naturally into the Helios experience before the week ahead begins.

Day 2

RISE & SHINE

Time to wake up the body with a morning HITT class before breakfast. An active yoga session to focus the mind, then soak up the gorgeous morning sun.

After a packed morning, we leave some free time to relax by the pool before an evening of Pilates and dinner. This is LIVING!

Day 3

OFF THE BEATEN PATH

Start the morning with an optional sunrise run or guided walk through Mykonos’ rugged hills and coastal trails, taking in some of the island’s most breathtaking and lesser-known landscapes.

Today is all about movement at your own pace — whether that means pushing yourself through energising training sessions or slowing things down with restorative mobility and recovery work beneath the Mediterranean sun.

From hidden paths and panoramic sea views to poolside downtime with the group, this is Mykonos beyond the beach clubs — raw, beautiful, and designed to leave you feeling recharged.

Day 4

EXPLORE WHITE-WASHED PARADISE

Begin the morning with a high-energy training session before easing into a slower day of exploration and recovery.

Spend the afternoon discovering Mykonos’ white-washed streets, hidden corners, beach clubs, and coastal views, or recharge poolside beneath the Mediterranean sun with the group.

Later, we’ll come together for sunset drinks and dinner at Zuma — one of Mykonos’ most iconic dining spots — overlooking the Aegean as the island comes alive for the evening.

Day 5

YAMAS, HELIOS FAM!

After one final morning session and breakfast together, we’ll head out for one of the highlights of the week — a private catamaran experience across the Aegean Sea.

Expect hidden coves, crystal-clear water, paddleboarding, snorkelling, music, sunshine, and long afternoons spent with the people who’ve made the week unforgettable.

As the sun begins to set on your final evening together, we’ll return to the villa for a nourishing dinner, drinks by the pool, and a celebration of the friendships, memories, and moments shared throughout the week.

Day 6

SWEET MYKONIAN MEMORIES

Relax and savour a lazy morning with breakfast served before heading back to the airport. We’ll send you off with a detoxifying workout followed by an enlivening yoga or stretch class.

We promise you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and wholesome so you can return home with a renewed sense of appreciation for life.

Like all good things, it seems to come to an end, eventually. These memories will last a lifetime.

Which airport do I need to fly in and out of? Plus airport code

Fly into and out of Mykonos International Airport (JMK) in Mykonos.

What time should my flight arrive (in time for the welcome meeting)?

The retreat officially begins at 4 pm when we introduce the team and start our first activity in a group.

What time should my flight depart on the last day?

On your final day, you'll have an early session and breakfast before saying goodbye (more like a see-you-later!) to your fellow travellers and the Helios team.

The transfer departs from the villa at 11 am. If you plan to stay a little longer, or your flight is booked for later in the day, you're welcome to stay in the villa and enjoy the pool until it's time to leave. We will help organise a taxi if needed.

The journey to the airport takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic, and you should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight's departure.

Are airport transfers included?

Complimentary scheduled airport transfers are included with our all-inclusive packages. For all other guests, we can arrange a private transfer in advance for a seamless arrival experience.

Taxis are also readily available outside the airport, with the villa located approximately 20 minutes away.

What fitness levels do I need for this trip?

We recommend reviewing the itinerary above and getting in touch if you have any specific questions about fitness.

This is a fairly active trip with hilly terrain and a hybrid training approach, but fully scalable to everyone's skill level.

Our coaches will asses the fitness levels of each guests on the first day and adapt the training accordingly.

Will the itinerary or trainers advertised on the trip change?

These changes can occur with little notice due to factors beyond our control, such as coach availability, poor weather, seasonal changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we’ll always do our best to minimise their impact on your experience. From time to time, we may also make adjustments to your itinerary to explore new ideas and keep things fresh and exciting.
